The payment choices shown at checkout on www.dorialia.com are the methods available for that order. Review the selected clothing, quantity, delivery information, currency, and final total before authorizing a payment.

A pending amount
The provider may be checking or temporarily authorizing the payment. This is not, by itself, confirmation that the store has accepted an order.

An order confirmation
Use its reference when checking the purchase or asking about the associated payment.

A declined attempt
Check the details or contact the payment provider before deciding whether to try again.

If the records do not match

Compare the amount and reference in the provider account with the store confirmation. If the same charge seems to appear twice, avoid submitting another payment while the first attempts remain unclear. Send the order reference and a brief explanation to [email protected]; full financial credentials are not needed.

An approved refund is sent through the original payment method where supported. The issuer or wallet determines when it appears in the account and how any currency conversion is handled. A payment authorization may be released if an order cannot be accepted.
